There is juju in all aspects of the industry

According to Evangelist Kenya, some industry players seek spiritual support from sorcerers for their activities.

Lord Kenya preaching at church

“It is real. I was an actor and rapper. There are times you go on set and you realise it is not just a hearsay. When I had my fifth album, it took me some time before I brought out my sixth. Once I was getting prepared, I had this man who for whatever reason got my number and started telling me stuffs that one of my stars has been taken and he could help me get it back. We had the opportunity to meet him, I listened to him for a while and I told him I will get back to him,” he shared his experience on Joy FM’s Rhythmz A-Z.

Lord Kenya explained that a word from one Mama Lizzy at Adabraka made him decide not to go back to the sorcerer.

“I spoke to a certain woman who told me it’s a lie and that, there is time for everything. And that’s how come I didn’t get into it,” he said.

Lord Kenya, real name, Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo Kenya, who has seven hiplife albums to his credit, has for the past six years been dedicated to his ministry after encountering God.

He is well known for his hit songs, Nnwom No, Medo, Akasiani, Born Again among others.
