Black Queens won gold for Ghana; the Black Stars haven't in 30 years - Journalist

The award-winning broadcast journalist and GhOne presenter has made a serious case for gender equality among Ghana's national football teams.

Touching on Ghana women's national team, Nana Aba said that they played and won gold medals, as opposed to the Black Stars, who haven't won a gold medal in recent years.

"Ghana's female team played and won gold for Ghana; something the Black Stars haven't done in 30 years. Yet our ladies have to demonstrate and hold up placards to get what's due them. In Ghana, women are born with talent but are held back by prejudice, " Nana Aba said.
