"Ghana's parliament is small , I want a world parliament" - Blakk Rasta

Blakk Rasta has stated that Ghana Parliament is too small as a platform to execute the talents God has given to him.

Ahead of his appearance at Privileges Committee of Parliament, out-spoken Ghanaian Reggae star and on-air personality, Blakk Rasta has stated that Ghana's parliament is too small as a platform to execute the talents God has given to him.

"Ghana parliament is a small parliament. I want the world parliament. That is where whenever you talk; you become the focus of the world and would be able to do more positive things" he said.

He made these comments in an interview with DJ P Fresh on Storm FM’s entertainment unlimited show yesterday.

The taxi driver show host reiterated candidly that former colleague at multimedia; Kojo Oppong Nkrumah winning his parliamentary primary elections in his area can never motivate him in changing his decision from being into international politics.

"I'm bigger than an MP what am doing is even bigger than the president's work , am fighting for the whole of Africa, I tots not about Ghana alone but am starting from Ghana first , that's the work God has given me to do" he emphasized.

He added, “I can do the work of an MP without going into the parliament house and that's what am doing now”.

Blakk Rasta is advocating for marijuana to be legalized in Ghana and the privileges committee of the parliament has invited him to appear before the privileges committee to explain why he said about 80% of parliamentarians smoked marijuana
