The rapper during the erstwhile Mahama administration dropped songs to tackle the political and economic crisis facing Ghanaian and that gained him some attention.

Sarkodie has referred fans to go back to listen to his old song “The Masses” if they really want a track tackle the issues Ghanaians are facing under Nana Addo’s government.

In that regard, some fans have been calling on the “Highest” rapper to also do a song to address the hardship Ghanaians are facing under the current government.

The rapper has been reluctant to at that and he once explained that it is because he can’t keep repeating the same issue in different songs, though he has however noted that things are quite in Ghana.
In that spirit, the rapper has directed fans to go back and listen to his old song, if they need a new song from him tackling political issues.
Sharing a link to his “The Masses” song, he wrote “his was not supporting any party ... if you need songs to tackle our issues you can still go back to it”
