Phoenix Insurance, a private limited liability insurance company incorporated in Ghana has agreed to insure 70 performers scheduled to be on stage for the production titled, “The Beggars”.

This means, each member will be insured for the tune of GHc 5,000. The Versatile Show is a mix of music, magic, comedy, dance, drama and poetry presentation written by Okyeame Kwame.
The cast includes Wanlov Kubolor, Adjetey ‘Pusher’ Anang, Ecow Smith-Asante, Samini, Bradez, Edem, EL, Keche, Adina and Noyam Dance Institute.
Producers of the play claim the activities involved in “The Beggars” are risky and that is why each member crew needs an insurance cover.
