Model, Abbey Clancy, has given birth to her second daughter with footballer husband, Peter Crouch.

Former Strictly Come Dancing winner, Abbey, shared a lovely selfie with her newborn, Liberty Rose Crouch on her twitter page.

Abbey and Peter tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Stapleford Park Hotel in Leicestershire in June 2011, three months after the birth of their first child, Sophia.

Abbey Clancy recently shared some nude pictures revealing her baby bumps to mimic Actress, Demi Moore.

Celebrities including Michelle Keegan and Ben Cohen have sent congratulatory messages the couple.
