Sista Afia will open a restaurant in Ghana plus a shisha lounge as she quits her nursing job in the UK.

That is a song you’ve probably heard around or seen Shatta Wale and Sista Afia perform.

Sista Afia is a Ghanaian Afro Pop musician. Afia who was mostly based in the UK used to practice nursing.

However, the musician has revealed in an exclusive Pulse.com.gh that she is now in Ghana to stay. The twist is that she is neither going to practice nursing nor is it going to be only music.

Sista Afia is getting into shisha selling business.

“I was a nurse but now I think I’ve paused on the nursing. I working on my own restaurant and shisha lounge so small small. It is in Ghana. It has to be here.”

Talking about why she is pausing her nursing profession, Sista Afia said:

“It wasn’t something that I was happy doing. Like it was something, even though it’s nice to help people, that’s not where my field was. I just felt I had to do what I love best and that is music. I still can help anybody so far as I got my degree and certificates. I can still open my hospital in Ghana and help kids.”
