Songwriter and OneRepublic star, Ryan Tedder has rewarded himself with an $11million mansion as he turned 36.

According to reports, Tedder recently doled out the sum on the home, which is situated at Tribeca’s 111 Murray Street.

It was further reported that the home boasts of six-bedrooms, seven-baths.
Sources told New York Post that Tedder, who has produced tunes for Madonna, U2 and Maroon 5, will be combining two units in the brand-new building to create a megaduplex which will be ready next year.
Tedder is reputable for his songwriting skills and is responsible for hits that include Beyoncé’s and Leona Lewis’ and worked with Adele on .
