Earlier in the week, Ghanaians were stunned by a prophecy from one Prophet Adom, who warned that if Shatta Wale doesn’t take care he will be the next celebrity to die.

He said the “My Level” hit maker could die in a fatal accident on December 24.

However, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh has countered the prophecy, declaring that Shatta Wale will not die.

According to him, God has not revealed to him that the artiste will die, therefore Shatta Wale will live.

He said he has personally prayed to avert any deaths that will come the way of the dancehall sensation.

“He came to embrace me and even held my feet; I laid my hands on him and prayed for Shatta Wale and I know Shatta wale will live and he will not die,” Lawrence Tetteh declared in an interview with Ghanaweb.

The preacher, however, cautioned Shatta Wale to be mindful of some of his utterances in public, pointing to sometime back when the artiste said he will burn churches.

“As a matter of fact I have also encouraged Shatta Wale to also be mindful of the pronouncements; he’s not going to burn any church. He is a young man and I think in the spur of the moment he became a little bit emotional to say that,” Dr. Tetteh added.
