TV Host Says She Will Not Comment On Anything Mzbel Has Said-Stacy

After Okyeame Quophi, husband of Stacy Amoateng revealed in an interview last week that singer Mzbel never asked for her interview on Restorations to be edited and that she came on the show even without being called, the singer took to instagram to curse the couple.

According to Peacefmonline.com in an interview with Stacy, she said silence is golden therefore she is not going to give any credence or attention to whatever allegations Mzbel had made against she and her husband.

“I refuse to comment on anything Mzbel has said. It’s been over a week since she made those allegations and I have not spoken about it anywhere. Silence is golden and it can never be misquoted”, she said.

She added, “I refuse to get to her level I will not do that because I am too matured for that”.

About Mzbel’s allegation that her manager asked them to edit some part of her interview, Stacy said “it’s all never true” adding that her husband has already granted several interviews to clarify that.

“…So she should go on saying whatever she wants to say. It’s been about 6 weeks since Mzbel’s interview was aired. We have moved on and I am not commenting on it - Ghanaians should be the judge”.

The “Restoration” hostess also stated that Mzbel did the interview willingly and nobody forced her to say the things she said, so she should take responsibility for her comments and stop blaming other people for her own comments.

“When she was doing the interview, there was no gun to her “When she was doing the interview, there was no gun to her head. She said a lot of things we laughed about it and nobody accused her of anything”.

When asked about Mzbel’s allegation that Stacy knew her stands on Jesus before the interview, Stacy pleaded that people should go on YouTube and watch the full interview with Mzbel on Restoration and draw their own conclusion.
