Singer says he would never consider acting as a career [Video]

Nigerian singer Davido recently made his Nollywood debut in the movie

While the movie is yet to premiere, the singer has revealed that he has no plans of pursing acting as a career.

The singer revealed this during a press conference which held on Saturday, October 24, 2015, and was also attended by his cousin and producer of the movie, Ikey Ojoegwu.

When asked if he would consider acting as a career, Davido  said "Never. I think if it weren't for him (pointed at cousin and producer of movie), I would never do it. But I had fun doing it."

Thanking Davido for his contribution to movie, Ojoegwu  said "Thanks to my cousin OBO for his support and everything."

"It was a very hectic process getting the cast, equipments and every other thing." Took us a while to actually finish it. People thought it wasn't going to happen."

On the premiere date, the producer said  "I intend to premiere it this December. Hopefully in Nigeria, and Ghana as well."

Ojoegwu also spoke on blowing up a car in one of the scenes. "Let's just say we blew up a car," he said. "We are in 2015, anything can happen," Davido added.
