The story of Hush revolves around Bem and Arinola, power-players in fashion and politics respectively. Bem, played by Richard Mofe-Damijo, is one of Africa’s biggest designers based in Lagos State, Nigeria, and Arinola, played by Thelma Okoduwa, is one of the state’s fastest rising politicians. The intrigue begins when Bem proposes marriage to Arinola, an action that sets in motion a chain of events propelled by the secrets in their respective lives, secrets that run through the backrooms of secret societies, the corridors of the judiciary and on social media.

The movie is a political drama series that follows the unruly lives of a young political campaign team who work tirelessly to make political history by getting a single mother elected as the first female President of the Country whiles dealing with their own personal demons.

It stars Joselyn Dumas, JOT Agyeman, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Joselyn Dumas, Nana Aba Anamoah, John Dumelo, Fred Amugi, Zynnell Zuh. Akorfa Adjeani-Asiedu, Anima Amisa Amoah, Fred Amugi and many others.

Evan Davis presents the return of the business ideas contest as members of the public are invited to propose their business schemes to the intimidating Dragons. In series thirteen, one entrepreneur reveals how the humble hard-boiled egg is turned into an investment proposition, but will the Dragons want to shell out? Also, an innovative camping stove sparks the interest of the investors, but will any of them be able to secure a deal? Other ideas include a portable drum kit, a product that helps you exercise at your desk, a zombie bootcamp business, a self-serve beer pump and some flat pack furniture. Each entrepreneur has three minutes to introduce their idea, the investment they desire and perform what they hope will be an engaging pitch before coming under the scrutiny of the Dragons in what can often become a tense question and answer session.

The irreverent BAFTA award-winning chat show host from the Emerald Isle returns with a new series of The Graham Norton Show.

Each episode is brim full of chat, comedy, celebrity gossip and general weirdness. And there’s just enough risqué material to make viewers cringe with delight.

At the end of each episode, Graham introduces some of the best contemporary music acts to wrap things up and finish the show off with a bang.

Discovery Networks has announced the launch of a brand-new channel exclusively on DStv; Discovery Family, the all-new channel showcasing the best in fun, edutainment programming for the whole family. The channel has launch on channel 136 in Africa replacing Discovery World (187) which will no longer air on DStv.

The launch of Discovery Family also coincides with the move of TLC Entertainment, Discovery’s flagship female brand and the number one international lifestyle/entertainment channel in South Africa, into DStv’s entertainment channel segment. TLC Entertainment, currently on channel 172 will now be available on channel 135 and will sit alongside Discovery Family (136).
