Pascal Aka's short film wins "Best African Short Film" at 2016 RealTime Film Festival

"Her First Time", a short film by Director Pascal Aka won the grand prize of "Best African Short Film" at the 2016 RealTime Film Festival held over the weekend in Nigeria, according to Livefmonline.com.

The film tells the story of a young lady (Esi Yamoah) who has to decide if she is ready to do it for the first time, amidst pressure to give into a a man’s desire. It was produced by Aka’s Breakthrough Studios.

The Film Festival was founded by, and for independent filmmakers who seek to express themselves through the showcase of the mastery of their craft – from story-telling to technical expertise; all captured within a creative package.
