Kumawood actor Oboy Siki has revealed that tele-spiritualists are dubious fellows who enrich themselves by deceiving unsuspecting Ghanaians on various television networks into believing that they can double their money.

Spiritualists have now been broadcasting themselves on local television stations in the country with well-known actors promoting the authenticity of their products in the form of interviews.

In an interview with Fancy Dimaria, Oboy Siki revealed the inner workings of these dubious men adding that whatever is portrayed on screen is completely false and a mere hoax.

“Those people you see on television, saying bring GHC 10,000,000 and we shall multiply it for you are not real, everything they do is professionally edited. They will bring the box for you to see there is nothing in it but just as we do in movies, the director will say freeze, at the point and someone else from the crew will come and put money in the box. Therefore those in the house will have no idea of what exactly is going on behind,” he revealed.

He gave a first-hand account of how he himself found himself entangled in the web of lies by saying he was contacted by one spiritualist and was not informed until he got to the hotel room where cameras were set and he partook in the devious activity.

Oboy further indicated that he did so out of curiosity and said he would never engage in the act again.

His confession comes after a man of God prophesied that he (Oboy Siki) and other actors were going to die unless they desist from acts they are engaged in.
