Highlife singer, Akosua Agyapong, has described the Obour lead administration as ineffective and inefficient slowing down the progress of MUSIGA.

In an interview with Adom FM, the talented dancer and singer revealed that Obour’s administration have nothing solid to prove for the GH¢2million government gave to the creative arts industry in 2012 and a charge of misappropriation may not be far from right.

“What I know is the Music Week was organized by the Music Council so Obuor has to account for the GH¢2million", she said.
