The excitement was palpable as members openly exchanged ideas and relished the opportunity to bask in the historic event. The Various Reports, including those of the Court-Appointed Receiver-Managers, the Administrator and the Auditors of GHAMRO, were read and adopted by the membership in session.

To ensure smooth and orderly transition in case of non-renewal of the mandate of the current Receiver-Managers, members unanimously appointed Messers Rex Omar, Yaw Osborn and Joseph Mensah and provisional representatives from the Attorney General's Department and the Copyright Office to run the affairs of GHAMRO until elections are held. Members also had in-depth discussions on the affairs of GHAMRO, past, present and future.
