Young So parts ways with Gentlemenradio Records

The rapper announced his departure from the Gentlemenradio Record through Facebook and twitter.

Asumadu Mensah Solomon better known by his stage name Young So has parted ways with Gentlemenradio Record label in a restful manner.

Asumadu Mensah Solomon who is now the Boss of Young So Music revealed his departure in a chat with die-hard fan Dawn ODG that his brand is no longer officially connected to Gentlemenradio Records.

“I’m no more having a handwritten signature to Gentlemenradio Records in the slightest degree and nothing more but Young So Music. It’s just a family thing. Nothing negative, everything is highly enjoyable. I was signed to GRL on March 2014 and released singles like Letting You Go ft Gallaxy, Come Closer ft Chiki Cherrkerr , Ahuofe Patri and T3nt3l3but33l3 which I featured Keche. In spite of the fact that no video was released, The Label helped me built an ardent followers and admirers but, “I want to issue commands when my music comes out.

I’m tired of having exclusive control over my career. I can’t work with a management team that always dictate. It’s time for me to be a free my mind and call my own shots.” “This is a peaceful situation. I always wake up and look unto myself in the mirror, analyzing myself and asking myself, ‘What do I want out of my career? What do I want to do?’ I have so much music that needs to be heard.

That wants to be heard by my fans. And I feel like it’s unfair. I’ve been quiet now for year and months now without progress. I didn’t want to say nothing because I wanted to make sure the time was right. And I wanted to make sure that I said what I wanted to say, it was said correctly. With that being said I feel like I had to part ways,” said Young So.
