2016 music year begins with African root genre cooked with rich and indigenous Ghanaian culture as US based Afrobeats group Nsuo join forces to kick start the year with a track titled “Kente”.

“Kente” takes music lovers back to the root of West African culture and the rebirth of ‘Adadamu’ (African Pop) music genre.

The group which consist of kojo kingYoung Rocket and Yaw Malla display genuine talent as they make mention of our culture, tradition and art of Kente weaving in Ghana with its relevance and unique image on the international market.

The rhymes and lines in each of the verses on the song produced by Chief Tema, and mixed by Peewezel introduce a feel of nationalism and promoting all that Ghanaians have to offer in terms of arts and culture.

Directing the focus on the Ghanaian fashion industry, the trio is creating awareness on local designers and producers. The tradition goes on, and the music will speak for itself.
