Nigerian dancehall act, Patoranking claims he had plans to sign top Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie some years ago.

The singer made this claim during an interview with the Drive Time Show on Ghana’s Live FM, where he revealed that he’s been following the ‘Illuminati’ rapper’s exploits for sometime.

“I wanted to sign Sarkodie for 6 months. I wanted us to do an inter-state tour in Nigeria.” Patoranking said

He added that listening to Sarkodie spit bars on Edem’s ‘You Dey Craze’ made him a fan. It is believed that the 2011 street anthem is one of the songs that pushed Sarkodie into mainstream appreciation.
