Rapper Says His Latest Single Is Not Meant To Ridicule KKD

Pope Skinny has revealed that his latest track titled 'K.K.D' was not meant to ridicule embattled ace broadcaster, KKD.

Hiplife artiste and presenter of Kasahari Level on Adom 106.3 FM, Pope Skinny, has reacted to comments making rounds to the effect that his newly released single ''K.K.D'' was meant to ridicule embattled broadcaster Kwesi Kyei Darkwah.

On 22nd January 2015, which happens to be his birthday, Pope Skinny released a single titled ''K.K.D'' and based on the rape case KKD is involved in, many people are of the opinion that the song may have been directed at KKD.

In an interview with Flex Newspaper, Pope Skinny confirmed that he indeed released his first single for the year 2015 on 22nd January, which happens to be his birthday and its titled ''KKD'' but noted that he has no intention of mocking Kwesi Kyei Darkwah a.k.a KKD with the song as it has been alleged.

When asked why he titled the song ''KKD'', Pope Skinny revealed that as an artiste he is a creative person but noted that in this instance, KKD stands for Kwame Kwapong Darko which is his name but not Kwesi Kyei Darkwah adding that ''KKD'' is just a funny party song and not what people think it is.
