A few people might not know DJ Akuaa but the majority know her enormous efforts in promoting Ghanaian artistes and music in the United States.

Apart from producing several hits mixtapes and spinning at highly patronised events, she has worked with top notch Ghanaian stars including Okyeame Kwame, Sarkodie, Edem, Pappy Kojo and Joey B.

Pulse TV caught up with the young spinstress where she disclosed five things people don't know about her.

Below are five things you need to know about DJ Akuaa;

1. DJ Akuaa is 'silly'

Unless she isn't familiar or know you, DJ Akuaa will let your jaw drop anytime she meets you. "I am the most silliest person. I am very shy and timid when am not djing. I will just be in my corner (hide). I don't know how to approach people but once you get to know me, I will make you very happy," Akuaa told Pulse TV.

2. She is a gourmand

DJ Akuaa might look tinny but she eats a lot. "I love food. Believe it or not, I eat 24/7 (24 hours a day)," DJ Akuaa revealed on Pulse TV.

3. Akuaa loves to stay at home

Aside djing, Akuaa is not an outgoing person. She loves staying at home or in bed all day. She told Pulse TV, "When I'm not djing, I just love to be at home. I'm not a moving (outgoing) person."

4. DJ Akuaa is a FIFA pro

She is a woman but don't bet her with FIFA games. "I love to be at home and play FIFA so if you thing you are better than me, let me know," she throws a challenge to FIFA game players.

5. She is generous

DJ Akuaa has a kind heart so she likes to give to the needy. "I love to give. I am a giving (generous) person," she revealed, grinning like a Cheshire cat.
