News broke earlier that Togolese national footballer, Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor decided to move his parents out of home.

"We Established Him", Adebayor Sister Claims

Mother and family of international footballer, Emmanuel Adebayor, in a radio interview with Peace FM, an Accra-based radio went on to claim that she and the family helped establish him in his football career. She made references to the various fasting and prayer sessions they held for him even when he was at Real Madrid.
She exclaimed that "We established him, and we understand that he doesn't want to help us out, but at least he should help our mother out" She continued, "Now he can speak big-big English, all wee want is that he doesn't forget us".
However, according to the footballer who was also on call, he actually has been helping the family members. He claimed to have on several occassions, sent money down to his siblings. Adebayor however went on to lament about how the money he sends down to establish business is used for ventures that continually fails.

The sister actually confirmed this but insisted that all that she was expecting was that "he set up a big establishment for the mother". Adebayor replied that he "did not have that money" and he is afraid the little he has, his family members will squander. According to Adebayor, for the kind of establishment they have in mind, he would need millions of dollar, which he claims not to have.
Peace FM presenter, Abeiku Santana, moved to have the issue settled off-air amicably to which the footballer responded, "I don't know the way out" .
