The 29-year-old Akimbo Obwe’bwe allegedly fed sedatives to the one of the zoo’s most attractive animals and then subjected it to a repeated sexual activity while it was asleep.

However, in one of his bestial acts, popularly called Big George, the animal woke up unexpectedly and raised alarm as Akimbo Obwe’bwe attempted performing blowjob on him, according to worldnewsdailyreport.com.

San Diego Zoo spokesman, Adam Simmons told newsmen that “Although Mr. Obwe’bwe claims the sexual relationship was consensual, video footage clearly shows he attempted to sedate the animal,”

Mr. Simmons added that Akimbo Obwe’bwe’s “conduct was clearly inappropriate, reckless and dangerous for the animal as well,” saying “Any sexual activity between animals and employees is strictly prohibited by San Diego Zoo policy.”

Meanwhile, the San Diego Zoo administrator, Janette Fitzgerald acknowledged that Akimbo Obwe’bwe’s action may have been born out of hopelessness.

She admitted in an interview with reporters that, “Some employees had voiced concerns that Mr. Obwe’bwe had recently become uneasily friendly with the animals since his divorce, but I could not expect it was this bad.”

“I am not aware of Gabonese cultural practices but it might also be a cultural thing,” Janette Fitzgerald added.

Bestiality is considered a misdemeanor by Californian law and a culprit liable to a maximum fine of $1,000 and a maximum of six-month jail term.
