From the look of the little girl in the picture she will be less than 10 years, which makes her too young to be a house help, one can tell the picture was taken in a hospital where she is or was receiving treatment.

I hope the authorities would be able to prevent this poor girl from going back to this torture and the woman should be dealt with legally.
