American toddler, Kennedy Kirkland, went viral after she told her parents that she has a boyfriend and his name is Jared.

When her dad tells her she can’t have a boyfriend until she is 50, Kennedy starts crying.

American toddler, Kennedy Kirkland went viral after she revealed to her parents that she has a boyfriend and his name is Jared.

Kennedy, 2, was filmed by her mom Chelsea as she insisted to her dad Caleb that she DOES have a boyfriend named Jared. Then she started crying when her dad said she was’t allowed to date until she is 50.

When Chelsea asks her daughter who Jared is, Kennedy responds he’s “my boyfriend.”

Chelsea told ABC News that Jared is Kennedy’s uncle’s roommate.

“He plays football in college, so we went to the game with my brother and she saw him there, so she informed us that he was her boyfriend. We thought it was so funny,” she said.

The video went viral, getting more than 6 million views in four days.

Chelsea told ABC News that she was blown away by how popular the video was, and it is definitely one the family will hold onto.

“We’ll definitely keep this [video] for when she gets older, goes on her first date, or gets married,” Chelsea said.
