Reports reveal that a man has been accused of knocking down and killing a cyclist while receiving oral sex from his female passenger and driving.

Man receiving oral sex while driving kills cyclist
A cyclist has been revealed to have been knocked down and killed while the driver had been receiving oral sex from a female passenger he had just picked up at a bar.

The man identified as Randy Joe Allen, reportedly killed Terry Lamunt Ross, 49, who was riding his bicycle along the hard shoulder of a main road, in Florida.
Allen had reportedly revealed to the police in Florida who were called to the scene of the unfortunate accident, that he had struck a road sign while driving on Highway 92 with a female passenger who had been administering oral sex while he was driving.

The female passenger, whose identity has been withheld, had told the officers during an interview that she had just met Allen at a bar and after taking a few drinks, had left with him.
The female passenger revealed to the perplexed police officers that she had been performing oral sex on Allen while he was driving and heard a loud bump.
According to the reports, Allen had then told her that he hit a road sign and continued driving, while she had returned to administering the oral sex act.
Unfortunately, she had taken Allen's word for it, not realising that he had just hit a cyclist while he was so overcome with ecstasy.

Police officials also revealed that that the passenger did not see what Allen hit and believed his story.
Allen was taken to Polk County Jail and charged with one count of Leaving the Scene of a Crash with Death, only to discover that he had seven prior arrests in Polk.
