Is it ever OK to sleep with your ex?

“You should never break up with someone without a back-up plan.”

You might be over your ex but not the sex. Just because your relationship didn't work out doesn't mean you can't still get off.

After all, you know each other’s bodies better than anyone else, you know how to get each other off and most importantly, it’s just so damn easy. Like ordering take-away. No pretense, no fuss, no whining and dining.

In between relationships, sex with an ex can be the perfect way to keep your libido happy and occupied. But the last thing you need is for things to get messy.

Even if you've had the most amicable breakup, you still need enough time to cool off before reaping the forbidden fruit of ex-sex. The longer you dated, the more time you need to stay apart.

Let her know you are not under any circumstances interested in getting back together with her and you are only looking for a little fun. In fact, you may even want to drop hints about dating other women so that it’s plainly obvious you’re only interested in sex.

Let your history remain in the past. Don’t rehash what went wrong or who said what, or you might lose your new booty call when she gets annoyed or defensive with the blame game.
