Why masturbation? Masturbation is a safe method of evacuating the sperm along with semen, which is naturally secreted in the testis.

Masturbation could be a sign of good mental and physical health. (Did you ever heard that one feels like masturbating during fever or any other physical illness?)
The act of masturbation with homosexual (or other immoral) fantasy and/or use of pornography reinforces the struggle. The more you fantasize on a behavior the more you will want to act out the fantasy.
