According to science, beards are as filthy as toilets

Even though these bacteria can not cause illness, they are nevertheless a source of concern.

 

This should be some concern for the #BeardGang.

Action 7 News in Albuquerque, New Mexico wondered how much dirt there is in the average beard. In order to get answer in their latest journalistic quest, the station swabbed the beards of random men within their locale, and took it to Quest Diagnostics.

The result? A great many of the beards contained bacteria that you will normally find in toilets. Even though these bacteria can not cause illness, they are nevertheless a source of concern.

Men with beards, have been advised to wash their hands and beards regularly to avoid carrying a toilet on their chins.
