The boy whose name is Billy Watts, posted a picture, on instagram where he was standing close to the Detroit river and wrote under it "I'm here", he later posted another picture with a smile on his face and captioned it "Smile. You've lived".

Boy Commits Suicide After Posting Selfies On Instagram
A 17 year old boy who has been suffering from depression has end his own own life after posting a beautiful pictures of himself on social media.

'I'm here' was him basically telling his followers that he'd arrived at the destination of his suicide. His final photo was a picture of his watch with the caption "Time to see if my watch is waterproof."
A few minutes after posting the pictures and messages, he jumped from that rail you into the Detroit River. His body was found a few hours later.Prior to his death, He openly talked about his depression, which he suffered for many months, on instagram. He also talked about how some people can't get out of depression no matter how much they try, which he tried until he took his own life.
