36yr Jehovah's Witness Has Sex With 15yr Boy, Court Sets Her Free

Jehovah’s Witness Kelly Richards walked free from court after admitting having full sex with the boy over a three-month period.

A 36 year old mother who admitted having sex with a 15-year-old boy who was in the congregation of her church was caught when the teenager’s mother recorded their steamy phone chats.

The mum-of-two was arrested after the boy’s mother taped their phone sex chats and called in the police.

But Kelly’s devoted husband Paul is pledging to stand by her despite her underage sex romp and even went with her to court where she admitted her shame.

Carpenter Paul, 34, was in court to lead his wife of 13 years for the hearing, helping her as she covered her face.

Richards, of Mountain Ash, South Wales, sobbed as she admitted one count of sexual activity with a child between October and December 2012.

Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court was told Richards met the boy after he befriended one of her sons and he came to play on the X-Box games console in her house.

Richards said she began a three-month sexual relationship with him.

The court heard Richards had told the boy: “Don’t tell anyone because I might get done for this”.

The boy admitted to police that Richards had sex with him and gave him alcohol, asking for massages and had led him on.

Prosecutor Roger Griffiths told the court the pair had sex after Richards had an argument with her husband Paul.

He said: “Mrs Richards was in her bedroom crying and [the boy] went into the room to comfort her.

“Mrs Richards began kissing him and it led to full sexual intercourse.

The court was told the boy’s mother became suspicious about her son’s contact with Richards and took away his mobile phone.

But Richards gave the boy a new SIM card to carry on their chats in phone calls and text messages.
