45-year-old Angela Slinn of Cheshire, is reported to have died just a few days after arriving the country to meet a man she has been dating secretly after they met on social media.

According to Mirror, Cheshire, who works as a nurse, flew to India without the knowledge of her husband, to meet 30-year-old Jaspal Singh, after connecting with him on Facebook and then through Skype.

The distraught lover-boy, Singh, said that he was very excited to meet the woman and he introduced her to his family, and they all loved her. The couple did not discuss any marriage plans, but Singh said that they were so in love that he would have proposed to her.

Sadly, that day never came, as Slinn was taken into the hospital with pneumonia and doctors were unable to save her.

Singh believes that the climate of the hot weather in his country may have led to the death of his lover.

Slinn reportedly told her children, aged between 15 and 24, about her trip to meet Singh, but did not mention it to her 48-year-old husband, Stephen Slinn.
