Kanye West's stage-storming, dark fashion sense, family orientation and vocal ability to air his opinion to anyone and anywhere has definitely caught the attention of mouthy media personality, Piers Morgan.

The former CNN anchor has described the controversial rapper as "the Muhammed Ali of show business" not because of his 'bad' reputation but because Kanye is using his voice to speak the truth both in private and in public places.
In his latest article published on UK's DailyMail on February 24, Morgan acknowledged Kanye's music successes as the backbone to his 'stubbornness.'
He wrote: "He's sold 21 million albums and 66 million digital downloads, won 21 Grammy Awards and was named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people on the planet. That makes him one of the most successful entertainers in history.”

Hitting on his numerous controversies including intercepting Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV VMA in 2009 and recently, Beck's Grammy Awards in 2015, Morgan stated that,
"His [Kanye] talent for making music is only surpassed by his talent for making headlines. Any celebrity can hit the news by doing or saying something crazy. But Kanye’s genius lies in doing it in such a way that you end up first condemning him, then loving him for it.”
The former 'X Factor' judge couldn't end without noticing Kanye's fashion sense which many have condemned as being too dark. Piers wrote:
"I love the way he dresses, with style and class, defying the stereo-typical trashy garb of many in the hip-hop and rap world. I also love the love and respect he showered on his late mother – who raised him as a single parent - and now on his much-maligned wife [], and their child []."
Morgan continued:

"He may get mocked, berated, abused and become the butt of talk show jokes when he frequently blows up. But I’ve come to realize that he's the Muhammad Ali of showbusiness: The single most fascinating, compelling, unpredictable, dangerous and uniquely talented star in the world."
