Ginger orange juice is the best detox drink to help lose weight

Making a sweet juice to help lose some weight shouldn't be a hard nut to crack and in this recipe, they’re using just five kitchen ingredients to get the job done.

It contains oranges, ginger, and carrots as the main ingredients, each of which provides different vitamins and minerals to support different parts of the body.

Ingredients

1 large carrot

2 oranges

1/2 inch ginger, crushed

1/2 lemon juice

I tablespoon honey

Method

Wash ginger and cut into small chunks.

Peel oranges cut oranges in half and remove the seeds. Add it to the blender and puree it.

Peel carrots and cut into cubes.

All above ingredients into a blender, add water and blend.

Blend for 2 minutes and then squeeze half lemon.

train the juice and add honey

Mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve it chill
