Here’s how to use okro for a shiny and bouncy hair

Okra contains vitamins A, C,  E, iron, zinc, and calcium, a super food for shiny hair and flawless skin.

Save money on hair conditioners by using okro mucilage. Okro is a vegetable loved by many Ghanaians because it contains vitamins A, C,  E, iron, zinc, and calcium.

Rich in antioxidants, fiber and high in folic acid, it is a super food for both skin and hair.

Most women are fond of using okro for their stews and soup because aside its nutritional value, they save extra money on cosmetics. They use the mucilage as of styling gels. No chemicals, less expensive and best solution for all your hair and skin needs.

In conjunction with Apple cider vinegar, it is also an excellent hair rinse and even though only a few are aware, it is the definitive solution for treating lice.

Procedure: okro and almond oil

Wash your hair

Cut okra into pieces into cubes

Cook for 30 minutes and mash it with a ladle after 20 minutes while cooking to let the mucilage come out.

Let it cool for 5 minutes and pass it through a strainer to get the gel.

Add 3 tablespoons of Almond Oil and mix it all together.

Apply the mixture on your scalp to cure dandruff & dry scalp. It can be applied as a conditioner.

Wash your hair after 30 minutes using my shampoo and conditioner.
