Today's drink features this delightfully tasty vegetable. Boasting natural sugar, vitamin A, potassium and magnesium, you can count of reaping more than a few benefits from the carrot juice.

What you need:

  • 6 carrots
  • Fresh turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Peeled lemon
  • Water
  • Dried cinnamon

Directions:

- Put the ingredients through your juicer alternating the carrots with the turmeric and ginger (to get the most juice out of them).

- Either drink straight or strain with a fine mesh sieve. Stir through the cinnamon, and dilute with water if desired.
