Concert to be launched on Google Hangouts

True to its reputation for being innovative, Girl Talk 2015 press launch will include a Google hangout to stream live online at 6pm.

You have perhaps heard about it on radio, seen it on the various social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, entertainment analysts have debated it on several media platforms. The speculations surrounding who headlines this year’s Girl Talk Concert will remain unforgettable.

A lot has been said, several names mentioned and all manner of imagination has popped up; MzVee, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Tiwa Savage, Efya, Wiyaala including Becca have been mentioned.

This has been because of the ended working relationship between Becca and her now former manager Kiki Banson. As to whether that will influence the headline artiste for this years all women’s concert, we are yet to see.

The Organisers of the event (Palm Media) have been tight lipped and maintained that the headliner for Girl Talk 2015 will be known during the press launch on Tuesday, 17November, at the Surfline’s LTE Lounge in Osu.

Google Hangouts is a communication platform developed by Google which includes instant messaging, video chat, SMS and VOIP features. The Hangouts allows conversations between two or more users. The service can be accessed online through the Gmail or Google+ websites, or through mobile apps available for Android and iOS.

According to the organizers, having the press launch on google hangouts, a large range of people all over the world can access the streaming of the press launch live from their comfort zones at the same time and also send in their messages.
