Michelle Obama wears GH₵ 8,050 dress to greet Pope Francis
Politico reports that First Lady Michelle Obama, looking lovely and classy, greeted Pope Francis Tuesday while wearing a $2,290 dress.

The First Lady opted for a Carolina Herrera belted powder blue dress with a cowl neck as she met the Pontiff at Andrews Air Force Base outside of the capital.
The Obamas' daughters Malia and Sasha also dressed up for the occasion, with the youngest wearing a $328 patterned skirt from Kate Spade.
The outfits worn by the First Lady and her daughters impressed people on Twitter, but Francis himself is unlikely to have been such a big fan.

The leader of the Catholic Church has previously railed about unbridled capitalism that he believes idolizes money over people.
Despite this, he was all smiles as he met President Obama and his family on Wednesday.
The girls took the day off school to meet the Pope on the runway tarmac, with Obama looking proud of his family as they greeted the Vatican leader.
