Grammy Awards: How Angélique Kidjo represented Africa in her stunning dress

African diva and grammy award winner, Angélique Kidjo made headlines over the weekend for winning the Best World Music Album for Celia at the 62nd Grammy Awards. This marks her fourth win in the category and fourth Grammy win overall.

The 59-year-old gave a spectacular speech dedicating the award to Nigeria’s Burna Boy and other nominees in the category.

Kidjo continues to represent the continent through her music and sartorial choices. Her love for African print is commendable. On one of music’s biggest night, Angélique wore stunning African print apparel with matching headgear.

Angélique also gave an audience-rousing performance of "Afrika" during the 62nd GRAMMYs Premiere Ceremony looking ethereal in an elegant African print long sleeve top with matching trousers and beautifully styled headgear.
