Ingredients

  1. Oranges

  2. Sugar

  3. Lemon

  4. Ginger root

  5. Ice cubes

  Method

  1. Inspect fruits to check for its quality, then wash them with clean water.

  2. Peel the oranges and lemons.

  3. Squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits and sieve the juice.

  4. Prepare syrup by boiling the chopped ginger, sugar and water for 5 minutes. Leave it to cool.

  5. Mix the juice and syrup.

  6. Add ice cubes and serve.
