DIY drinks How to prepare ginger drink

Ingredients:
2 large roots of Ginger chooped
1 Lemon
Few cloves of garlic
Sugar

Method:

1. Pour the chopped ginger into the saucepan
2. Add the sugar
3. Add the cloves
4. Add water
5. Boil for about 30 -40 minutes
6. Allow to cool and blend
7. Strain the ginger mixture to remove the chaff
8. Strain two more times to get rid of any
9. Squeeze the lemon into the drink
10. Pour into a jug and put in the refrigerator to cool.
Serve when chilled( shake jug before serving)
