  • Dry peanuts
     

  • Sugar
     

  • Flour
     

  • Eggs

  • A pinch of Nutmeg
     

  • Fresh milk

Method

  1. Pour the peanut into hot boiling water for about a minute
     

  2. Strain the peanut and allow to air dry

  3. Mix the flour, sugar and nutmeg
     

  4. Add the fresh egg and stir together

  5. Add the milk and stir them all together to form a buttery mixture
     

  6. Set some plane flour aside
     

  7. Pour some of the buttery mixture on the peanut and coat the peanut well with the butter.
     

  8. Sprinkle the flour onto the buttered peanut
     

  9. Shake the mixture to get a well coated peanut
     

  10. Strain off excess flour, ensure the peanuts are separated and not stuck together.
     

  11. Preheat the oil until ready.
     

  12. Pour the peanuts in the oil and fry for about 3- 5 minutes.
     

  13. Scoop from oil and strain off excess oil, allow to cool and keep in an air tight container.
