Ingredients

  • Smoked fish
  • Onions
  • Spring onions
  • Green pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoning cube

Method

  • Wash all vegetables
  • Chop the onions, green pepper and spring onions.
  • 2. Remove the skin and bones from the fish, gut, wash and shred with your fingers.
  • Pour the vegetable oil into the pan; add the vegetables, Curry powder, seasoning and Salt.
  • Leave to fry for about 3 minutes under medium heat.
  •  Add the shredded fish; stir fry for 4 minutes.
  • Serve as side dish
