This banana nut shake is a great choice to satisfy a bit of a sweet tooth.

It’s not just that this recipe satisfies a craving, it also has sound nutritional benefits.

Ingredients

1 finger of banana

1 scoop of chocolate whey protein

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

A glass of milk/yoghurt

Method

Blend all the ingredients with three or five ice cubes if ingredients are not frozen or refrigerated. Blend it between three and five minutes.
