Measure and pour flour into mixing bowl
Add nutmeg, butter and salt.
Rub in all the ingredients
Add dry yeast and rub in.
Add your warm water gradually whiles mixing the dough till the right consistency.
Knead the dough till nice and smooth, elastic and soft.
Mould the dough into shape.
Put into your greased baking pan.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth for about 15- 20 min for the dough to proof.
Preheat the oven for about 5 min at 210C/ 425F /Gas Mark 7.
Put the dough in the oven and bake for about 20-25 min
Check whether bread is ready and serve hot.
