How to prepare catfish pepper soup

Cat Fish

Pepper

2 medium onions

Fresh tomatoes

Fish seasoning

Salt (to taste)

2 big stock cubes

Method

Cut fish into desirable sizes and wash twice under running water.

Marinade fish with blended onions, ginger, garlic, fish seasoning, cube and salt to taste.

Add water and season fish under medium heat.

Wash tomatoes and pepper and bring to boil. Blend when it is cooked and add to stock after 5 minutes.

Lower heat and taste for salt and let it cook for 7-15 minutes.

Serve with boiled rice or yam.
