Ingredients

  • Pepper sauce (Blended pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger)

  • Fried fish

  • Vegetable oil

  • Fish spices

  • Curry powder

  • Mixed dry herbs

  • Fish stock cube

  • Salt

Method

  • Heat oil used for frying fish in a medium pan.

  • Add pepper sauce, stir and leave to cook for 15 minutes.

  • Add fish stock, mixed herbs and spices.

  • Add fried fish and salt to taste.

  • Cover to simmer for 5 minutes under low heat.

  • Serve with rice, pasta or boiled yam.
