3 large potatoes (diced)
2 cups chopped carrots
2 Onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon K's Cuisine Multipurpose seasoning
1/4 spoon K's Cuisine Cameroon pepper
2 stock cubes
1/2 spoon thyme
3 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 cup Water
2 tbsp cornflour or plain flour
In a pot heat up the sunflower oil then add the Onions. Saute for a minute or two
Add in the minced beef and stir until it changes colour.
Add K's Cuisine Multipurpose seasoning, K's Cuisine Cameroon pepper, thyme, stock cubes and salt and then add water.
Cover the pot and leave to boil. When it starts to boil add in the potatoes and carrots. Cover the pot and leave to cook for about 5- 10 minutes or till soft.
Mix cornflour with about 20ml water and add this to the meatpie filling. This thickens the sauce and makes it creamy. Take the sauce off heat.
