Cabbage sausage stew

Cabbage is very rich in fiber, the main health benefit of roughage. This helps the body retain water and it maintains the bulkiness of the food as it moves through the bowels. Thus, it is a good remedy for constipation and other digestion-related problems.


  1. Cabbage

  2. Sausage, diced

  3. Fresh tomatoes

  4. Onions, chopped

  5. Pepper, blended

  6. Garlic, minced

  7. Salt

  8. Cooking oil

  9. Magie cube

  1. In a large pan, heat oil and add the sausage.

  2. Cook and flip for several minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Heat oil and add the cabbage, onion, garlic, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add fresh tomatoes, stir and cover to cook.

  5. Add the sausages, magie cube and taste for salt.

  6. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and serve with rice, yam or plantain.
