ingredients
- 1/4 Peanuts
- 1/4 Locust beans
- 4 Chilli
- 1/4 fish powder
- 1/2 rice
- Spinach

- Coarsely blend peanut, locust beans, chilli pepper and fish powder until smooth.
- Add long grain rice and blend.
- Transfer to a non stick pan, add water and salt and cover to cook over medium heat.
- Add spinach after 4- 7 minutes, stir and cover to simmer over low heat.
- Serve with Ghanaian shito and fried chicken or fish.
